The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA), in collaboration with the Centre for eResearch and Digital Innovation (CeRDI) at Federation University Australia (FedUni) and a variety of NRM partner organisations are using this resource to develop local catchment plans and deliver NRM projects that benefit the Corangamite region.

The NRM Portal is linked to the Corangamite Regional Catchment Strategy (RCS) which identifies the natural values of the region, their current condition, the threats to these and the desired outcomes for these in both the short and long term.  It identifies the high level actions required to achieve these outcomes and the roles and responsibilities of the various agencies, industries and communities in doing so.
